How do you price a project?+

It will. We keep a phase-level backlog and re-price openly at phase boundaries instead of billing surprises mid-sprint.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?+
You do, from the first commit. We hand over repositories, cloud accounts and documentation as we go, not at the end.
